Science Park at Yale

Science Park at Yale is a brownfield redevelopment property in New Haven, Connecticut adjacent to Yale University.  The property was originally home to the Winchester Arms Company, and at the height of World War II more than 40,000 people were employed on-site in forty factory buildings.  In 2000, Lyme Properties completed negotiations to ground lease the property.  This project was sold to BioMed Realty Trust in 2007.
