270 Albany Street

270 Albany Street is part of Lyme's Fort Washington Research Center, located in close proximity to MIT's campus and University Park. Lyme sold this building to BioMed Realty Trust in 2005. Lyme received awards from Building Design & Construction Magazine and the Cambridge Historical Commission for this adaptive re-use project.
